Return Policy

Due to the nature of the product PentDragon Press has established a very rigid return policy that strictly adhere to.  This policy is outlined below.

• Defective CD products will be exchanged only.  NO REFUNDS for items that have been shipped.
• Any changes to this policy will only apply to purchases made when this return policy was in effect.
• This policy is open to modifications without prior notice.

Auction Sales

PentDragon Press conducts its business using eBay, the following points apply:

• All eBay sales are final and products will only exchange items if the CD is defective.
• No returns are allowed.   If you have any questions please ask prior to bidding.

In those cases we make every effort to insure that these third parties are in compliance with our own privacy and e-mail policies, but Iwaniw & Associates B. E. is not responsible for the privacy practices of these Web sites or any changes that they may implement after we have entered into any type of special relationship with them.

Additionally, we do not utilize any type of Banner Exchange program on our primary sites. Any and all banners that we choose to display on our primary sites are fully under our control and utilize a third party service. To the best of our knowledge, this service does not collect or retain any information about visitors to our sites. Their sole purpose is to track the number of click-thrus and image displays for each of the banners we have chosen.

Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. All customer data is stored offline and is not maintained on any network where there might be a risk of unauthorized access and theft. All requests for such information is automatically denied unless there is a valid court document accompaning that request.

Children's Guidelines

We care about children and understand that they have special privacy needs. Therefore, we have adopted the following privacy policy regarding children:

1. We will NOT collect, use, or distribute to third parties personally identifiable information without prior verifiable parental consent.
2. We will NOT give the child access to unmonitored chat rooms, message boards, email accounts, or other services that would give the child the ability to publicly post or otherwise distribute personally identifiable information without prior verifiable parental consent

Iwaniw & Associates B.E. has created this e-mail policy in order to insure that there is full disclosure of our e-mail philosophy and purpose of our e-mail addresses. The following discloses the e-mail philosophy and practices for this Web site: Iwaniw & Associates B.E. and all related Iwaniw & Associates Business Enterprises.

Acceptable Use of Our E-mail Addresses
We make our e-mail addresses and contact information for the use of our current customers/clients or potential customers/clients who would want to contact us about our products and services. The displaying of our e-mail addresses or contact information on any of our web sites does not constitute our agreement to receive or want other business offers, opportunities, or Unsolicited Commerical E-mail (UCE) that is also known as "spam".

Mail Lists
Iwaniw & Associates B.E. firmly believes in and supports opt-in services and mail lists. We do choose to join many good and reputable mail lists that are offered. However, we utilize other e-mail addresses for that purpose. Many of e-mail addresses contain autoresponder messages. These messages are not considered spam, but automatic replies to e-mail messages received at those addresses. These addresses never appear anywhere on our web sites. All received e-mails to these specific addresses are kept on file in our database.

Harvesting Our Sites
In that Iwaniw & Associates B.E. does not use any of the e-mail addresses listed on our sites to join mail lists, post messages to newsgroups, nor signup for any Internet services then the only possible manner that any of our listed e-mail addresses could be placed on any Bulk E-mail Lists would be through the automated search programs that many of those who send out UCE and/or sell these lists to others for this purpose; these type of programs are typically called HarvestBots.

We take a very negative view of having our listed e-mail addresses extracted in this manner and we reserve the right to take any and all appropriate action, including but not limited to that which is outlined in the Consequences section below.

In order to prevent such activity to our web sites, Iwaniw & Associates B.E. reserves the right to seed our web pages with links to chaff sites and/or harvetbot-trapping sites.

UCE
Iwaniw & Associates B.E. does not support nor do we engage in any form of UCE. This policy extends to any and all business enterprises that are included within the Iwaniw & Associates B.E. enterprises. If, at any time, any UCE is received that references any Iwaniw & Associates B.E. business enterprise contact admin@iwaniwassocs.com immediately. Please include all header information from the UCE that you received.

No person who is directly employed by Iwaniw & Associates B.E. or any person subcontracted by us is allowed to participate in any UCE activity. Appropriate action will be taken with those that are found to do so.

Consequences

• Seek compensation for theft of resource under any applicable state , federal or international law or treaty.

• In addition, Iwaniw & Associates B.E. does not welcome unsolicited faxes of any kind, and should you ignore our wishes and policy, we do not relinquish our rights to:
  • Request to be removed from all further unsolicited fax distributions only ONCE. Additional unsolicited faxes utilizing the same remove phone number or process will be reported to the FTC, immediately.
  • One-time unsolicited faxes, those without any means of removal, will be reported to the FTC immediately and without notice to the sender.
  • Seek compensation for theft of resource under any applicable state , federal or international law or treaty.
  • Use any or all other legal means at our disposal to seek restitution.
  • Ignorance of our E-Mail Policy will not be an acceptable excuse.
     

Conclusion
Iwaniw & Associates B.E. or any of it's associated business enterprises are not against reputable Internet commerce. We are a reputable Internet commerce entity and believe and support any methods of marketing that does not force advertising costs and marketing ads onto the recipient of the UCE.

There is nothing to be inferred from anything else found on our sites that contradicts this E-mail Policy in its explicit intentions or the spirit of its purpose.
